    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 650 on page 8, line

9, by replacing "18" with "21"; and

on page 8, line 10, by replacing "and who" with ","; and

on page 8, line 11, by inserting after "cannabis" the

following:

", and has never been convicted of a drug-related felony.

However, the Department may allow a person to serve as a 
9
primary caregiver if he or she was convicted solely for conduct 
10
permitted under this amendatory Act of the 95th General 
11
Assembly or if he or she is a close relative of a patient and 
12
his or her felony conviction was 10 or more years ago".
