    I move to accept the specific recommendations of the

Governor as to Senate Bill 546 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 546

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    Amend Senate Bill 546 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "July 
7
1, 2011" with "July 1, 2013"; and

on page 9, line 24, by replacing "July 1, 2011" with "July 1, 
9
2013"; and

on page 9, line 25, by replacing "July 1, 2011" with "July 1, 
11
2013"; and
 
12
on page 10, line 10, by replacing "July 1, 2011" with "July 1, 
13
2013"; and
 
14
on page 12, line 22, by replacing "July 1, 2011" with "July 1, 
15
2013"; and
 
16
on page 26, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect June 1, 
18
