    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 360, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 108, line 21, by replacing "(b)" with "(b-5)"; and

by replacing line 24 on page 108 through line 2 on page 109

with the following:
