| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 327 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by |

| changing Section 14 as follows:

| Sec. 14. This Act shall be known as the

| Occupation Tax
Act" and the tax herein imposed shall be in |

| addition to all other
occupation or privilege taxes imposed by |

| the State of Illinois or by any
municipal corporation or |

| political subdivision thereof. |
