| NINTH SPECIAL SESSION

| RESOLVED, that the Rules of the House of Representatives of |

| the Ninety-Fifth General Assembly be adopted as the Rules of |
| 5 |
| this Ninth Special Session, so far as the same may be |
| 6 |
| applicable, and that the Committees of the House of |
| 7 |
| Representatives of the Ninety-Fifth General Assembly, |
| 8 |
| including the House Journal Review Committee and their |
| 9 |
| membership, shall constitute the Committees of the House during |
| 10 |
| this Ninth Special Session. |
