| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate George "Georgie |

| Porgie" Andros on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of his |

| independent music label, Music Plant Group; and

| WHEREAS, Music Plant Group was launched in March of 1993 as |

| a management company with its own label, production, and |

| distribution arms; after 14 years of hard work, the company, |

| based out of Chicago, is the longest standing dance label in |

| the United States; the company also boasts a Latin division |

| along with an emerging R&B division; and

| WHEREAS, Music Plant Group has released worldwide hits such |
