HOUSE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The Illinois House of Representatives has learned 
3
with great sadness of the death of Timothy P. Ryan of 
4
Springfield; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Mr. Ryan, always better known as "Timmy", left a 
6
lasting impression on many in the capitol city and beyond with 
7
his good humor and playful personality; and

 
8
    WHEREAS, Timmy Ryan was born in Springfield, Illinois and 
9
moved to Washington, Illinois, where he graduated from high 
10
school; and
 
11
    WHEREAS, Timmy Ryan worked for a number of years in the 
12
computer center of the Illinois Department of Central 
13
Management Services; and

 
14
    WHEREAS, Timmy Ryan was also known as person who gave his 
15
time on many occasions, including playing Santa Claus at many 
16
holiday parties; and

 
17
    WHEREAS, Timmy Ryan is also a person remembered as someone 
18
prone to simple acts of kindness, like feeding quarters into 
19
expired parking meters; and

    WHEREAS, Timmy Ryan will be remembered as a loving person 
2
by his parents, Don and Judy; his sisters, Melissa and Kristi; 
3
and his brother, Kevin; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
5
NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
6
mourn the passing of Timothy Ryan, many years too soon; and be 
7
it further

 
8
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9
presented to the family of Timothy Ryan as an expression of our 
10
sympathy.
