| "Because the Governor and Lieutenant Governor are elected |

| jointly under Section 4 of Article V, a petition to recall |

| either must include both."; and
|

| on page 3, line 4, after "(b)", by inserting the following:

| "In an election to recall the Governor and Lieutenant Governor, |

| one vote shall be cast jointly for or against recall of both.".
