| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5684 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |

| Official United States Flag Display Act.
|
| 6 |
| Section 5. Flying the United States flag at public |
| 7 |
| facilities. Each agency of the State government and each unit |
| 8 |
| of local government shall ensure that each United States flag |
| 9 |
| that is flown at each building, structure, or facility that is |
| 10 |
| owned or occupied entirely by the agency of the State |
| 11 |
| government or unit of local government is manufactured in the |
| 12 |
| United States.".
