AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5229

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5229 on page 10, by

replacing line 6 with the following:
4
"imposed by the court and unless the court determines that it 
5
has good cause not to impose these requirements, a gang member 
6
who is a minor under 21 years of age and subject to the 
7
jurisdiction of the juvenile court and who has been"; and


 
8
on page 10, by replacing lines 16 through 21 with the 
9
following:
10
"level Test of General Educational Development (GED); (iii) to 
11
comply with a curfew (A) between 11:00 p.m.  on Friday and 6:00 
12
a.m. on  Saturday;
            (B) between 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 6:00 
13
a.m. on Sunday;
         and

            (C) between 10:00 p.m. on Sunday to 
14
Thursday,"; and
         
 
15
on page 10, line 22, by inserting after "day" the following:
16
"; and (iv) to attend Life Skills classes conducted by a
