    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended  by changing

Section 21-100 as follows:

    (220 ILCS 5/21-100)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on October 1, 2013)

    Sec. 21-100. Short title. This Article may be cited as the

the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007.
