AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4758

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4758, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
1, by deleting line 22 on page 9 through line 12 on page 10; and

on page 10, line 14, after "subject to", by inserting "the 
6
Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 and"; and
 
7
on page 10, lines 15 and 16, by deleting "adopted under the 
8
Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975"; and
 
9
on page 10, by replacing line 23 with the following:

"shall be distributed as follows: 66 2/3% shall be paid to the 
11
Department of Agriculture for deposit into the State 
12
Fairgrounds Infrastructure Improvement Fund and 33 1/3% shall 
13
be paid to the Sangamon County Central Dispatch System."; and

on page 24, line 10, after "Section 9", by inserting "and by
