    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act is

amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

    (225 ILCS 120/27)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)

    Sec. 27. Social Security Number on license application. In 
9
addition
to any other information required to be contained in 
10
the
the application, every
application for an original, 
11
renewal, or restored license under this Act shall
include the 
12
applicant's Social Security Number.
