| 10, by inserting after "neglect" the following: |

| "or by any other means or from any mandated reporter under |

| Section 4"; and

| on page 1, line 12, by replacing "cocaine" with "a controlled |
| 7 |
| substance as defined in subsection (f) of Section 102 of the |
| 8 |
| Illinois Controlled Substances Act or a metabolite thereof".
