    AN ACT concerning health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community Health Center Expansion Act is 
5
amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

    Sec. 25. Reporting. Within 60 days after the
the first and 
8
second years of a
grant
under this Act, the grant recipient 
9
must submit a progress report to the
Department.  The Department 
10
may assist each
grant
recipient in meeting
the goals and 
11
objectives stated in the original grant proposal submitted by 
12
the
recipient, that grant moneys are being used for appropriate

13
purposes, and that residents of the community are being served 
14
by the new
community health center sites established with grant 
15
moneys.
