| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Vivian Prusaczyk, on July |
| 4 |
| 23, 2006; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Vivian Nork was born on May 1, 1919, in West |
| 6 |
| Frankfort to John and Victoria (Kaphalynas) Nork; she was the |
| 7 |
| loving wife of the late Charlie Prusaczyk; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Vivian Prusaczyk was retired from School District |
| 9 |
| 168 as a cook; she was a lifetime member of St. John's Catholic |
| 10 |
| Church; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Vivian Prusaczyk is deeply felt by |
| 12 |
| all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters Vivian |
| 13 |
| Frazier, Kathy Bates, Suzanne Crabtree, and Marilyn Morgan; her |
| 14 |
| son, Charles Prusaczyk; her 10 grandchildren; and her 20 |
| 15 |
| great-grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her husband |
| 16 |
| Charlie; her twin infant sons; her brother, John Nork; her |
| 17 |
| sister, Mildred Brunton; and her mother, Victoria Kathalynas; |
| 18 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 21 |
| Vivian Prusaczyk, and we extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 22 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 23 |
| further
|
| 24 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 25 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 26 |
| sympathy.
