| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Loyd Yoast of Blairsville |
| 4 |
| on Monday, July 4, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Yoast had worked as a self-employed mechanic |
| 6 |
| prior to his illness; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Loyd Yoast has been deeply felt by |
| 8 |
| many, especially his brothers, Irvin Yoast and Ardell and wife, |
| 9 |
| Terri Yoast; his sister, Helen and husband, Mike Dixon; and his |
| 10 |
| many nieces and nephews; he was preceded in death by his |
| 11 |
| parents, Ivan and Ada Yoast, and his brothers, Virgil Yoast and |
| 12 |
| John C. Yoast; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 14 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 |
| Loyd Yoast, and we extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 16 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 17 |
| further
|
| 18 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 |
| presented to his family as an expression of our deepest |
| 20 |
| sympathy.
