| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Karen S. Muir of Wooster, |
| 4 |
| Ohio, formerly of Eldorado, on April 30, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Muir was born November 26, 1941, in |
| 6 |
| Harrisburg, the daughter of Owen and Elaine (Sharp) Ewan; she |
| 7 |
| married Forest Muir on June 17, 1961; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She was a member of Eldorado Baptist Church and |
| 9 |
| enjoyed reading, knitting, and walking; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her father; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Karen Muir is felt by all who knew |
| 12 |
| and loved her, especially her husband, Forest; her mother; her |
| 13 |
| sister, Nancy Howard; and her nieces and nephews; therefore, be |
| 14 |
| it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 |
| Karen S. Muir and extend our sincerest condolences to her |
| 18 |
| family, friends, and community; and be it further
|
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 21 |
| sympathy.
