| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS,
The Illinois Senate has been discussing and
|
| 3 |
| evaluating many important issues facing the State of
Illinois; |
| 4 |
| and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS,
During the 93rd General Assembly many task
forces |
| 6 |
| and committees were established to consider these
issues; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS,
The Senate Task Force on Illinois Mobile Homes was |
| 8 |
| established pursuant to Senate Resolution 474 to examine the |
| 9 |
| special needs and relationships between home communities, home |
| 10 |
| owners, park owners, and mobile home manufacturers; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS,
The heretofore mentioned resolution created to
|
| 12 |
| study these issues has expired; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Further work is needed on these issues;
therefore, |
| 14 |
| be it
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Senate Task Force |
| 17 |
| on Illinois Mobile Homes is hereby extended; and be it further
|
| 18 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall submit a report, as
|
| 19 |
| established in its authorizing resolution, on or before
May 1, |
| 20 |
| 2005; and be it further
|
| 21 |
| RESOLVED, That with this reporting extension, the Task
|
| 22 |
| Force shall continue to operate pursuant to its enabling
|
| 23 |
| resolution.
