SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 		













20 ILCS 205/205-365 new










    Amends the Department of Agriculture Law of the Civil Administrative
Code of Illinois. Provides that subject to appropriation, the Department shall conduct a program to encourage all   gas stations that offer diesel fuel and  are located within a quarter mile of a 4-lane interstate highway  to provide, by 2010, at least one pump with a 5% or higher blend of biodiesel fuel.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Department of Agriculture Law of the Civil

Administrative
Code of Illinois is amended  by adding Section

205-365 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 205/205-365  new)

    Sec. 205-365. Biodiesel fuel pumping stations. Subject to

appropriation, the Department shall conduct a program to
