| 3 | replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:

| 5 | of 1975, of the person killed in the line of duty. This | ||||||
| 6 | subsection (d-1) applies to any pending claim if compensation | ||||||
| 7 | was not paid to the claimant of the pending claim before the | ||||||
| 8 | effective".
