| AN ACT concerning civil procedure.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by adding |
| 5 |
| Section 7-103.125 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (735 ILCS 5/7-103.125 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 7-103.125. Quick-take; Village of Bannockburn; |
| 8 |
| Village of Lincolnshire. Quick-take proceedings under Section |
| 9 |
| 7-103 may be used for a period of 24 months after the effective |
| 10 |
| date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly by the |
| 11 |
| Village of Bannockburn or the Village of Lincolnshire to |
| 12 |
| acquire property for the purpose of constructing and |
| 13 |
| maintaining a new water main along Half Day Road, specifically |
| 14 |
| for the acquisition of real property, including fee simple and |
| 15 |
| temporary and permanent easements, of any portion of the |
| 16 |
| following described properties:
