| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4391 on page 3, line |

| 25, by inserting after the period the following: |

| "A violation of subsection (a)(13) of this Section by a person |
| 5 |
| under 13 years of age at the time of the commission of the |
| 6 |
| offense is a petty offense. A second or subsequent violation of |
| 7 |
| subsection (a)(13) of this Section by a person under 13 years |
| 8 |
| of age at the time of the commission of the offense is a Class A |
| 9 |
| misdemeanor.".
