| 34, by replacing "cough and cold medicine." with the following: |

| "over-the-counter drug product" means a drug that is available |

| to consumers without a prescription and sold in compliance with |

| the safety and labeling standards as set forth by the United |
| 8 |
| States Food and Drug Administration.".
