    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3851 as follows:

on page 6, immediately after line 28, by inserting the

following:

        "(d) at least 2 representatives of statewide trade or

    labor unions that represent in-home direct care service 
7
    staff;"; and

on page 6, line 29, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and

on page 6, line 31, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)"; and
 
10
on page 6, line 33, by replacing "(f)" with "(g)"; and
 
11
on page 6, line 35, by replacing "(g)" with "(h)".
