AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3814

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3814 on page 4, 
3
below line 22, by inserting the following:

            "(F) Each vehicle in the combination of vehicles 
5
        must be empty of cargo.
6
            (G) The combination of vehicles must be en route to 
7
        a location where new or used trailers are sold by an 
8
        Illinois or out-of-state licensed new or used trailer 
9
        dealer."; and

on page 4, line 26, by deleting "and"; and
 
11
on page 4, by replacing line 28 with the following:

    "vehicles does not exceed 62 feet; and
13
        (3) each vehicle in the combination of vehicles is 
14
    empty of cargo; and
15
        (4) the combination of vehicles is en route to a 
16
    location where new or used trailers are sold by an Illinois 
17
    or out-of-state licensed new or used trailer dealer."; and

on page 5, line 2, by deleting "and"; and
 
19
on page 5, by replacing line 4 with the following:
