| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 4, immediately below line 13, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "(d) Prior to collateralizing a loan for an approved |
| 7 |
| hospital, the State Treasurer must provide contractually for |
| 8 |
| the hospital to pledge any unencumbered receivables from the |
| 9 |
| State to offset any loss of collateral.".
