    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2414, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 2, line 7, by by inserting "or", after ";"; and

on page 2, by deleting lines 8 and 9; and

on page 2, line 10, by replacing "(iii)" with "(ii)"; and
 
7
on page 6, lines 6 and 7, by deleting "while in performance of 
8
their official duties"; and

on page 6, by inserting immediately below line 18, the 
10
following:

        "(5) Events sanctioned by the Illinois Department of 
12
    Natural Resources taking place at the Sparta Shooting 
13
    Complex and transportation to and from such events if the 
14
    weapons are broken down in a non-functioning state or are 
15
    not immediately accessible.".
