| 5 | "public policy or (II) for electioneering communications

| 6 | and (II) for the purpose of influencing legislative, executive, | ||||||
| 7 | or administrative action as defined in the Lobbyist | ||||||
| 8 | Registration Act shall register with the State Board of".
