| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1550 on page 4, by |

| replacing lines 9 through 13 with the following:

| "(c) The use of blue oscillating, rotating or flashing |

| lights, whether
lighted or unlighted, is prohibited except on: |
| 6 |
| 1. Rescue squad vehicles not owned by a fire department |
| 7 |
| and
vehicles owned or fully operated by a:"; and

| on page 4, by replacing lines 33 through 36 with the following:
|
| 9 |
| "identification card or letter identifying the bona fide
him or |
| 10 |
| her as a member of a bona fide fire department, fire protection |
| 11 |
| district, rescue squad, ambulance unit, or emergency |
| 12 |
| management services agency that owns or operates that vehicle. |
