| 1, on page 4, by replacing line 2 with the following:

| "Section 25. Non-defenses. |

| (a) It is not a defense to an action"; and
|

| on page 4, immediately below line 31, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "(b) Any illegality of the sex trade activities on the part |
| 10 |
| of the plaintiff shall not be an affirmative defense to any |
| 11 |
| action brought under this Act.".
