| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1000, AS AMENDED, in |

| Section 5, Sec. 5-101, subsection (A), by replacing paragraph |

| (11) with the following: |

| "(11) a private non-sectarian nursery, day care center, |

| elementary, secondary, undergraduate, or postgraduate school, |

| or other place of education;" and
|

| in Section 5, Sec. 5-101, subsection (A), paragraph (12), after |

| "a", by deleting "day care center,".
