    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 383 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 20 through 25 with the following:

        "(i) 2 members appointed by the President of the Senate 
5
    and one member appointed by the Minority Leader of the 
6
    Senate;
7
        (ii) 2 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of 
8
    Representatives and one member appointed by the Minority 
9
    Leader of the House of Representatives; and"

on page 3, line 3, by replacing "one" with "the" and 
11
"President" with "Minority Leader"; and
 
12
on page 3, line 7, by replacing "one" with "the" and "Speaker" 
13
with "Minority Leader"; and
 
14
on page 4, line 3, by inserting after the period, 
15
"Reimbursement for travel, meals, and lodging shall be in 
16
accordance with the rules of the Governor's Travel Control 
17
Board.".
