    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 325 on page 1,

immediately below line 27, by inserting the following:

    "Section 15. Upon the payment of the sum of $7,033,333,

based on the average of 3 certified appraisals, to the

University of Illinois, the Board of Trustees of the University 
7
of Illinois is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all 
8
rights, title, and interest in and to the following described

land in Cook County, Illinois, to the Chicago Park District:

    Section 20. The Board of Trustees of the University of

Illinois shall obtain a certified copy of the portions of this

Act containing the title, enacting clause, Section 15, this 
4
Section, and Section 99 within 60 days after this Act's 
5
effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required by 
6
Section 15 of this Act, shall record the certified document in 
7
the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois.".
