Maggie Crotty 4/7/2006SenateResolution Adopted as Amended 052-000-000 Resolves that the Board of Higher Education shall conduct a thorough and comprehensive study of the cost and feasibility of implementing textbook rental programs at public universities and community colleges.Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Additionally resolves that the Board of Higher Education shall solicit and report the views of private entities that currently operate bookstores and of textbook authors and publishers.
