With respect to the 60 charter schools that may operate in the State at any one time, removes the provision prohibiting more than 30 charter schools from operating in Chicago, more than 15 charter schools from operating in DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties and that portion of Cook County outside Chicago, and more than 15 charter schools from operating in the remainder of the State.
