<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Creates the State Contractors and Grantees Employment Service Act. Provides that an entity that has been awarded a State contract or grant, while any such contract or grant is in effect, shall register with the Illinois Department of Employment Security's Illinois Skills Match System any employment opportunity with that entity. Provides that this provision is not intended to require that such State contractor or grantee fill its job openings with job seekers registered on the Illinois Skills Match System.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
