Provides that, if and only if Senate Bill 1124 of the 94th General Assembly, as passed by the House of Representatives on October 27, 2005, becomes law, a car rental company that rents a motor vehicle to any person may (i) separately quote, by telephone, in person, or by computer transmission, additional charges for the rental and (ii) separately impose additional charges for the rental.
