Provides that the Department of Transportation shall maintain and provide a listing of all Class I, Class II, and Class III designated streets and highways. Provides that the Department shall also list all local streets or highways that have been designated by local agencies. Provides that local agencies shall report to the Department all designated streets and highways under their jurisdiction and shall also provide to the Department reference contact names and telephone numbers.
