<reference>625 ILCS 5/2-123</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-123</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code with regard to the sale and distribution of information by the Secretary of State. Provides that the information that may be sold includes information regarding violation, conviction, or driver license revocation, suspension, or cancellation activity that occurred within the most recent monthly period. Provides that, before providing designated summary information regarding that activity, the Secretary must determine that the provision of the requested information will cause the actual purchase of an abstract of a driver's record and that the State will not lose any revenue.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
