Makes park police eligible for the sheriff's law enforcement employee formula. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Government Forecasting &amp; Accountability)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Would increase employer contributions for some airport authorities and park districts, as some IMRF members that are currently covered by the regular IMRF formula would instead be eligible for the SLEP formula.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Provides that the changes apply to collective bargaining agreements entered into on or after the effective date.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
