Provides that an employee is entitled to receive service credit for up to 2 years (now up to one year) of unused sick leave. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Government Forecasting &amp; Accountability)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>The fiscal impact cannot be determined, as the amount of additional service credit that would be established for unused sick leave is unknown. There would be a fiscal impact, however, as employees establishing the service credit are not required to make any contributions for that credit.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
