Provides for regulation of electricians and electrical contractors. Establishes fines for violations of the Act. Provides for concurrent exercise by home rule units. Provides that fees and fines collected under the Act shall be deposited into the Electricians Licensing Dedicated Fund, a new special fund in the State treasury, and amends the State Finance Act to list the new Fund.
