<SynopsisText>     Amends the House Rules of the 94th General Assembly. Makes changes concerning the following: the requirements for documents that may be accepted by the Clerk for filing; the number of copies required to be filed; motions to adopt conference committee reports and revival of the bill; when floor amendments may be filed; the Speaker's supervision over committee rooms and the chapel; no calendars on perfunctory days; Co-Chairpersons of standing and special committees; death resolutions; joint sessions; chamber telephone booths; sponsorship and first reading of Senate bills; filing of conveyance appraisals; legislative measures that are not debatable; motions to table floor and committee amendments; motions to concur in or recede from amendments; and other matters.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
