Provides that the biological mother of a child may revoke an adoption consent or a surrender for adoption with 10 days after signing the consent or surrender, provided that the time of the revocation is no less than 72 hours after the birth of the child and no more than 60 days after the birth of the child. Provides that the revocation shall be made to the same person, agency or court that took the consent or surrender.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
