<reference>815 ILCS 505/2XX new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that any person who mails a check to a consumer that automatically obligates the consumer to receive a subscription or service on the basis of any endorsement, deposit, transfer, or other form of negotiation of that check by the consumer is guilty of an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
