<reference>725 ILCS 5/110-7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 110-7</aliasreference><reference>750 ILCS 5/505</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 40, par. 505</aliasreference><reference>750 ILCS 16/20</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>750 ILCS 45/15</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 40, par. 2515</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure. Provides that in actions concerning bail bonds, that bail bonds, when forfeited or returned, shall first be applied to any unpaid child support obligations of the defendant, before it can be applied in any other manner. Amends the Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, the Non-Support Punishment Act, and the Illinois Parentage Act of 1984. In each of those 3 Acts, provides that in any proceeding in which a party is delinquent in child support payments or has been adjudicated to be in arrears in child support payments, the bail bond deposited for that party in the proceeding or in another proceeding may, subject to limitations, be used to pay unpaid child support obligations.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
