<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-906</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-906</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In the provision of the Driver's License Medical Review Law providing that a person whose driver's license has been restricted or canceled or who has been otherwise denied a license has a right to request a hearing on the matter, provides that the person has the right to be present when the hearing is conducted. Provides that the Secretary of State shall prescribe procedures to be followed when a hearing is conducted in the presence of that person. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
