<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>815 ILCS 505/2XX new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that, if a sporting event, theater, musical performance, or other event is cancelled, a person or entity who sold a ticket to the event to a consumer shall, upon the return of the ticket by the consumer, refund to the consumer the full price that the consumer paid to the person or entity for the ticket, including all fees, regardless of how characterized, paid by the consumer, except that the person or entity is not required to refund to the consumer a reasonable ticket delivery fee if the person or entity clearly disclosed the amount of the delivery fee to the consumer at the time of sale and clearly disclosed to the consumer at the time of sale that the delivery fee would not be refunded upon cancellation of the event. Provides that a violation constitutes an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
