Provides that, for part-time staff, provisions concerning the employer's contribution for earnings increases in excess of 6% do not apply to earnings increases as a result of the participant increasing his or her workload. Amends the Downstate Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, for part-time staff, provisions concerning the employer's contribution for salary increases in excess of 6% do not apply to salary increases as a result of the teacher increasing his or her workload. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
